Following the quotation phase and contractual agreements, we move into structured project preparation. All necessary equipment — including forklifts, transport logistics, accommodation units and sanitary containers — is organized and scheduled based on the project workflow plan developed by our team.

At project launch, we establish the site infrastructure using our own tools and rented equipment, reassess the actual on-site conditions and begin execution without delay. Throughout the entire project duration, our site managers and project managers remain available on-site to provide technical guidance, coordination, and continuous support.

Upon project completion, we can also assist with plant commissioning if required, ensuring a smooth operational start and optimal system performance.
