Welding is a core discipline in industrial installation projects. In a wide range of demanding situations, precision, technical expertise and composure are essential to ensure consistently high-quality welds and reliable structural integrity.
Your responsibilities
- Independent execution of maintenance and repair work on industrial plants and machinery
- Mechanical fitting, metalworking and professional welding tasks as part of industrial installation projects
Your profile
- Strong communication skills (German and English required, Polish optional)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Several years of professional experience in industrial installation, plant engineering, mechanical engineering, or welding environments
- Valid welding certifications (electrode, MAG, MIG, TIG welding processes)
- Willingness to travel internationally for project assignments
- Valid Category B driver’s license
