Site Manager (m/f/d) wanted!
Site managers take responsibility. Working closely with project management, they supervise and coordinate on-site operations, ensuring efficient execution and timely completion of industrial installation projects.
Your responsibilities
- Independent coordination and execution of industrial installation and maintenance projects
- Allocation, supervision and instruction of installation teams on-site
- Monitoring and quality control of ongoing work
- Preparation of reports and time tracking documentation
- Direct communication with customers and project stakeholders on-site
Your profile
- Strong communication skills (German and English required, Polish optional)
- Solid ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Good computer and IT skills
- Several years of experience in industrial installation, plant engineering or mechanical engineering environments
- Flexible, resilient and team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Valid Category B driver’s license
