Project managers are involved from the very early stages of industrial projects. Site visits, cost calculations and coordination of project workflows are part of everyday responsibilities, as is close communication with workforce planning teams and customers.
Your responsibilities
- Customer acquisition, relationship management and handling enquiries
- CPreparation of project cost calculations and quotations
- CSite visits and development of project execution plans
- CDetermination of workforce requirements and qualifications for projects
- COn-site supervision and coordination of project execution
- CNegotiation of fixed-price contracts
- CMonitoring and review of project reporting documentation
Your profile
- Strong communication skills (German and English required, Polish optional)
- Good ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Solid computer and IT skills
- Several years of experience in industrial installation, plant engineering, or mechanical engineering environments
- Flexible, resilient, and team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Valid Category B driver’s license
