Complete installation of conveyor systems for a newly constructed biomass combustion plant in Germany

Between May and November 2023, we carried out the complete installation of the conveyor technology for a newly constructed biomass combustion plant in Germany. The system consisted of two vertical conveyors, including drive stations, troughs and several dry extinguishing lines.

The project scope also comprised four drag chain conveyors with multiple support levels, steel flooring, transverse conveyors and transfer chutes.

All required tools and equipment were delivered by us in two 20-foot containers. We also handled the organization of site equipment, including forklift and telehandler logistics, as well as the provision of on-site welfare facilities such as accommodation and site containers.
